Brian Billick Reception - 2.19.2008

Former Baltimore Ravens Head Coach Brian Billick came to Washington College on Februrary 19, 2009, to give a lecture titled "Life Lessons for Sucess." Billick met with students, staff faculty, and members of the Board of Visitors and Governors at a reception in the Skybox of the Roy Kirby, Jr. Stadium.

Washington College Birthday Convocation - 2.20.2009

The Washington College Community gathered for the annual Washington College Birthday Convocation on February 20, 2009. This years distinguished guest were Congressman Steny H. Hoyer and political pollster Andrew Kohut, both of whom recieved honorary degrees. Washington College also honored faculty and staff, and students for exceptional academic performance.

Presidential Fellows sail on the Schooner Sultana

Presidential Fellows Sultana Sail President Baird Tipson and the Presidential Fellows sailed on the Schooner Sultana. Following the breezy sail, they attended a buffet dinner at the Custom House, and then attended a lecture by Paul Gilje "The Worst and Most Profane Language I Have Ever Heard from Mortal Lips: Swearing in the American Age of Sail."
